Gardens of Babylon
Gardens of Babylon is the largest flower and miniature park in Lithuania. It is located just outside Radailiai, along the Klaipėda–Palanga road. Four years ago, Gardens of Babylon welcomed its first visitors as an ambitious project. The idea was to bring world architecture, natural beauty, and family leisure together in one place. Today, Lithuania’s largest flower and miniature park has become one of the most popular attractions in Western Lithuania. On June 27, during Babilono Gardens’ fourth anniversary, the park introduced its biggest new attraction of the season – a brand-new inflatable trampoline area for children. Best of all, the trampoline park is completely free for all park visitors. One ticket gives the whole family a full day of fun.
Gardens of Babylon is a miniature and botanical park. It is a great place for entertainment in Lithuania with kids, introducing children to some of the world’s most impressive buildings and wonders. The park also offers a fun way to learn about history and different cultures. Across four beautifully landscaped hectares, you will find miniature versions of famous architectural landmarks. Each miniature includes information about the country where the original building is located. You can also learn what makes each landmark special.
Gardens of Babylon is about more than attractions, however. It is a place where every visit becomes a shared family experience. Children can enjoy exciting discoveries, while parents can slow down and escape the daily rush. Grandparents, meanwhile, can enjoy peaceful walks among the flowers.
CurioCity Educational Entertainment Centre
CurioCity is an educational entertainment centre with no direct equivalent in the Baltic States. It is designed for families with children aged 1–13, as well as school and kindergarten groups. HADO Arena
As technology becomes a bigger part of everyday life, sports enthusiasts are looking for new ways to combine technology and movement. This is where HADO comes in.
We are excited that this futuristic sport is now available in Lithuania. HADO Arena operates in three Lithuanian cities: Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda. If you are looking for unique entertainment in Lithuania with kids, HADO offers a fun and unforgettable experience for the whole family.
HADO is the world’s first augmented reality (AR) sport. Players compete in a real space using virtual energy balls and shields. Unlike traditional computer games, HADO requires more than quick fingers. Players need to run, jump, defend themselves, and think strategically. Physical activity is at the heart of the game. Technology simply adds an invisible layer that expands the real-world experience. As a result, HADO is appealing to both technology enthusiasts and families looking for active and unusual entertainment.
HADO arrived in Lithuania quite recently. The sport also aims to help parents address a lack of physical activity among children and teenagers. It offers an alternative to excessive screen time and a lack of motivation to exercise. Children stay active through play rather than pressure.
HADO Arena is a unique place that we recently visited with our family. It completely impressed our son Motiejus.

Lithuanian Sea Museum
When planning a visit to Klaipėda, it is hard to miss one of the most popular and impressive attractions in Lithuania – the Lithuanian Sea Museum and Dolphinarium. However, the museum offers much more than just a dolphin show. We recommend setting aside at least half a day, as the museum exhibitions, aquariums, and outdoor areas take time to explore. Children especially enjoy seeing marine animals from the Baltic Sea and around the world up close. They can also watch seals, penguins, colorful fish, and, of course, dolphins.

Pakruojis Manor
If you are looking for entertainment in Lithuania with kids, you may unexpectedly find yourself stepping back in time. Pakruojis Manor is the largest manor estate in Lithuania, where you can experience what aristocratic life was like more than a hundred years ago.
Every day at Pakruojis Manor, visitors can meet 19th-century craftsmen and manor residents who not only share stories about their crafts but also invite you to try them yourself. You can discover historical manor fashion and try on period costumes, or step into the world of early photography. And then there is the incredible Summer Flower Festival taking place at the manor. More than 450 varieties of flowers, millions of blooms, the lively atmosphere of manor life, open-air theatre performances, traditional crafts, and an authentic Lithuanian manor farm – all of this awaits visitors every day at the largest manor estate in Lithuania.
If you want to experience everything without rushing, we highly recommend staying at the manor for at least one night or even a few nights. We chose to stay at this historic manor, and it allowed us to experience the atmosphere of the place in a completely different way.
If you stay overnight on Saturday, make sure to visit the “all-inclusive” manor-style grill feast at the Traktierius restaurant. The grill feast at Pakruojis Manor is not simply dinner – it is a true food feast where, for €29, you can eat as much as you like.
Rokiškis Manor
If you are visiting Rokiškis for the first time, we recommend visiting Rokiškis Manor first. It is not only one of the city’s most important landmarks but also one of the best-preserved manor estates in Lithuania, impressing visitors with its grand architecture and stunning interiors. As soon as you step inside the palace, you feel as though you have entered a historical film – luxurious halls, original furniture, works of art, and the unique atmosphere transport you, at least for a moment, back to the world of the aristocracy. Interestingly, the famous film Sisi was filmed here. The manor tells the story of the Counts Tyzenhauz and Przeździecki, while today its museum invites visitors to discover both the history of the region and the fascinating life of the manor.
A beautifully landscaped park surrounds the palace, making it a lovely place for a walk and an opportunity to meet the manor’s animals. The museum regularly hosts educational activities and events for families. The authentic manor interiors are equally impressive, including the concert hall, dining room, counts’ apartments, and unique exhibitions. This is one of those places where it is worth slowing down and spending at least a few hours. Tichė Water House pool
Tichė Water House swimming pool is one of the newest and most modern swimming and wellness complexes in Lithuania, designed with families in mind. Tichė Water House is located at Latvių g. 60 in Šiauliai. The complex is so modern that it could easily pass for a 5-star hotel’s swimming pool. From the stylish changing rooms and café to the pool area itself, everything feels carefully designed.
Here you will find a three-lane swimming pool, a leisure pool with massage jets and waterfalls, two large hot tubs, three saunas, an ice-cold plunge pool and a relaxation room with heated loungers.
The biggest advantage of this swimming pool is how well it is adapted for families. There is a children’s pool with a slide and a fountain play area. Conveniently, the hot tubs are located right next to the pool area, allowing parents to keep an eye on their children while relaxing. Older children can also enjoy a larger water slide with colourful lights.
If you are looking for entertainment in Lithuania with kids, Tichė Water House is a great choice for a relaxing family day. Read our full review and recommendations in our Tichė Water House pool review.
Kupiškis Swimming Pool

Tauragė Swimming Pool
When travelling around Lithuania with children, we often visit local swimming pools because our kids absolutely love swimming. Tauragė Swimming Pool genuinely surprised us, even though we have visited most of the swimming pools in Lithuania’s larger towns and cities. It is hard to believe that such a small town has such a fantastic swimming pool – one that could easily compete with facilities in Vilnius and other major Lithuanian cities. The complex features 25-metre swimming lanes, a relaxation area, a hot tub, massage loungers, an air massage wall, three saunas and a separate children’s pool.
We particularly enjoyed the rain wall and the warm atmosphere and water temperature. But the biggest attraction for the children was, of course, the water slide. And this is not a tiny slide like those usually found in municipal swimming pools – it is the kind of slide you would normally expect to find in a large water park.
For younger children, the separate splash area provides a safe place to play, while parents can relax for a while in the nearby hot tub.
Entertainment in Lithuania with kids doesn’t have to be expensive – we were particularly impressed by the affordable prices at the swimming pool. It is genuinely hard to believe that you can visit such a modern and well-equipped swimming pool for such a reasonable price.
Before heading to the pool, we also recommend visiting the Tauragė Regional Museum, which is especially popular with children – read our full review here.
Rokiškis Swimming Pool
Rokiškis Swimming Pool – a modern sports and leisure complex designed for both sports swimming and family leisure. The facility has a 25-metre pool with four swimming lanes and a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 metres. The pool is suitable for both active swimmers and visitors looking to enjoy a relaxing time in the water.
Younger visitors have a separate children’s pool with a depth of 0.7 metres. One of its biggest advantages is its spacious design, allowing children to play and move around safely even when there are more visitors. Adults can enjoy the relaxation and sauna area. Rokiškis Swimming Pool has four different saunas: a Finnish sauna, a traditional Lithuanian amber sauna, a Turkish bath, and an infrared sauna. Visitors can also enjoy a large hot tub and a leisure pool.
You can read about our experience in the article Rokiškis Swimming Pool with Children: Rokiškis swimming pool with kids: value for money exceeded our expectations.
Molėtai Swimming Pool
If we had to choose one swimming pool near Vilnius that consistently surprises families, Molėtai Swimming Pool would almost always be near the top of our list. It is one of those places that fits perfectly into any list of family activities in Lithuania – you may arrive planning to spend just a few hours, but end up staying much longer. Children can have fun in the dedicated kids’ area with a slide, while parents can relax in the hot tubs or enjoy the swimming pool at a slower pace.
Another major advantage is the range of activities for younger children, so there is little chance they will get bored. The prices are another pleasant surprise: families often say they did not expect to get so many water activities for such a reasonable price just an hour’s drive from Vilnius. That is why Molėtai Swimming Pool is often a place families want to return to.
We have also written a separate article about Molėtai Swimming Pool because it is definitely worth a visit.
Jonava Swimming Pool
Jonava Swimming Pool is one of those places that often surprises families more than they expect. Once you arrive, you will find that it is about much more than swimming. The pool offers a variety of water activities for both adults and children, as well as comfortable spaces for younger visitors and a calmer atmosphere than the larger water parks.
Another major advantage is the affordable pricing, making it easy to organise a short family trip without much planning. Thanks to its good balance of price and activities, Jonava Swimming Pool often becomes a place families want to visit again.
We have already visited and prepared a useful review with practical information for families.
