Two families tested the Monster Bus, and we can say one thing – photos don’t show how massive this vehicle really is. You only understand why they’re called monsters when you stand next to those giant wheels.
Monster Truck and Monster Bus in Lithuania – an adventure that amazes you even before the ride begins
Auto Moto Park is located in a private rally area in Trakai district. The park offers a wide range of car- and driving-related experiences – however, Monster Truck and Monster Bus are the vehicles that immediately grab your attention.
The main highlight isn’t just snapping photos next to them. You can try these giants on a special track – drive them yourself or choose a ride with an experienced driver. This makes the experience perfect for those who want to get behind the wheel as well as families who simply want to enjoy an unusual ride together.
Monster Truck – almost four meters high
Monster Truck is the kind of machine that makes you look up as soon as you approach. Built on a Dodge pickup base, it’s 6.2 meters long, nearly 4 meters high, and each wheel is 1.7 meters in diameter. One wheel weighs about 150 kilograms.
Auto Moto Park presents its Monster Truck driving experience as the only one of its kind in the Baltics. The truck has a 24.5-hectare special track with 30 hills of different sizes and four extreme zones. Here, it’s not about speed – the thrill is watching and feeling what such a giant vehicle can handle.
Families love that you don’t have to drive yourself. You can choose a ride with an experienced driver and share the adventure with your family or friends.
If you want even more excitement, you can drive the Monster Truck yourself. Before the ride, you get a briefing, and then you drive the special track for up to 15 minutes.
The full experience, including preparation and photo time, takes up to 40 minutes. Monster Truck driving prices start from 149 euros.
Monster Bus – a monster that fits the whole group
Monster Bus is something else entirely – and this is the one we tried.
It’s a giant SUV based on a 1994 Chevrolet Chevy Van G30 Beauville minivan. The body is 5.3 meters long, 3.5 meters high, and the wheels are as tall as a person. Monster Bus was built in Lithuania, right at Auto Moto Park.
It looks big in photos – but in person, it’s enormous. We loved that this experience isn’t just for one or two people. The Monster Bus fits a whole family or a group of friends, so you share the fun together – and there’s plenty of it.
Driving on the special track, you really feel the size of this vehicle. The uneven terrain, climbs, and descents look totally different from inside the cabin compared to a regular car. While it might seem extreme from the outside, for us, it was one of the best family experiences at Auto Moto Park.
The best part – adults had just as much fun as the kids.
If a ride isn’t enough, you can also drive the Monster Bus yourself.
This experience lasts up to 40 minutes – you get ready and receive instructions, then drive the special track, and finish with time for photos. The driving price starts from 119 euros.
