Motorcycle lessons with an instructor for kids and adults immediately caught our attention for a very personal reason. Motiejus has always dreamed of learning to ride a motorcycle. His dad has ridden motorcycles since he was twenty, so naturally, Motiejus found the activity especially interesting.
However, there’s a big difference between sitting on a motorcycle and learning to ride safely from the basics. That’s exactly what the individual lesson at Auto Moto Park offers. It’s designed for kids and adults who have never ridden a motorcycle but want to learn safely.
How does the lesson work?
Each lesson lasts up to one hour. First, the instructor introduces you to the motorcycle, brakes, throttle, gears, and basic controls. After that, you move on to practice.
You learn how to start and stop safely, keep your balance, turn, control your speed, shift gears, and use the clutch. Beginners can start on a simpler motorcycle with an automatic gearbox, and move up to manual later. The lessons use motocross bikes in different sizes – 70, 110, and 140 cc – so the right bike is always chosen for you.
Importantly, you don’t need to bring your own motorcycle or equipment. The lesson includes the bike, instructor, helmet, knee and elbow pads, and track use. Currently, the price for one individual lesson is 80 EUR per person.
