Trust us, there are very few places we can recommend as sincerely as this one. And since we’re already returning for the second year in a row, that’s the best proof – this place truly impressed us. Last year, we found a cozy family cabin with a heated pool here, and this year we discovered even more. The owners added a second, spacious cabin for larger families or groups of friends, but most importantly – they kept what makes this place so special. There’s no noise, no crowds. Just nature, tranquility, and the rest we so often seek. We love that both cabins have their own private yards, hot tubs, and saunas – everything feels very cozy.
Heated pool that every family will love
If you ask our kids what they loved most, the answer is clear – the heated pool. As soon as we arrived, they jumped into the water and only got out when it was time for bed.
Even though guests from both cabins now use the pool, there are so few people that the atmosphere stays cozy and private. While the children enjoy water activities, parents can relax on the terrace, sip coffee, or simply enjoy the peace we all miss in daily life. Next to the pool is a cozy cabin with a kitchenette and that legendary fridge full of ice cream, plus a grill area. Everything you need is right there. And kids will be thrilled with the free ice cream in the guest cabin by the pool. Yes, an entire freezer of ice cream that you can eat as much as you want.
Places like Vaitų Riešutynė are exactly what we’re missing in Lithuania. Here, you don’t need to rush, plan dozens of activities, or worry about keeping the kids busy.
