Termy Maltańskie in Poznań is a great choice if you are visiting the city with your family. Our family decided to visit it while traveling by car to Germany and stopping in Poznań for a short rest. And believe us, we were truly impressed by this water park. It is not only one of the best water parks in Poland but also one of the largest thermal pool complexes in the country. Therefore, it is definitely worth saving this place for your future trips.
Water park in Poznań – Termy Maltańskie
The water park in Poznań, Termy Maltańskie, is located right in the city, close to the city center. We visited the water park during summer and loved it because there are many outdoor pools, water slides and attractions. However, it is also perfectly suitable for visiting in winter because there are many indoor areas and activities.
As soon as we entered Termy Maltańskie, we were welcomed by a large space filled with different attractions. The children first tried the special kids’ area with smaller slides and water fountains. We really like that many water parks in Poland have zones designed specifically for the youngest visitors. While the children enjoyed the attractions, we tried the warm indoor pools and whirlpools.
The water park has many slides, from simpler ones suitable for children to more extreme rides designed for adrenaline lovers. One of the most impressive slides is the “Tornado”. If you enjoy speed and sharp turns, this attraction is definitely worth trying.
Termy Maltańskie attractions
Besides active water attractions, Termy Maltańskie also offers a SPA and sauna area where visitors can relax. The outdoor area of Termy Maltańskie deserves special praise. It includes slides, water trampolines and warm thermal pools. We liked it very much. We spent four hours in the park, and if we had not needed to continue our journey, we probably would have stayed the entire day.
The complex itself is very modern and offers many attractions for children of different ages. At the same time, there are plenty of activities for parents as well.
Practical tips
The park is very popular and there are usually many visitors, especially on weekends. Therefore, if you plan to visit, it is better to buy tickets in advance and save time.
There are many cafés and snack places in the park. However, you can also bring your own food or snacks if you prefer. If you forget towels or swimwear, you can also buy them on site.
The only thing we did not like was that strollers are not allowed inside. Because of this, we had to let Paulė take her nap on a lounge chair, which was not very comfortable.
However, despite this small inconvenience, our experience at Termy Maltańskie was truly wonderful. The water park in Poznań, Termy Maltańskie, is definitely a place we would like to visit again and one we confidently recommend to you.
