The most beautiful love story in the world? Actually, we’re not talking about Romeo and Juliet. Instead, we’re talking about Lithuanians’ love for pink soup. Pink, refreshing, and creamy – this is more than just a soup; in fact, it’s a way of life! Moreover, in 2025, more than 93,000 people became witnesses to this unique love story. So, what can you expect from the 2026 Pink Soup Fest program?
This year, Vilnius invites everyone to dive into a real pink whirlwind for three days! Not only is Vilnius Pink Soup Fest 2026 coming back with a vibrant programme, but it will also amaze visitors with exciting new features. For example, the legendary Pink Slide is moving to the White Bridge and will become one of the festival’s most spectacular highlights. If you haven’t yet joined the pink parade on the streets of Vilnius or tried sliding into a giant bowl of pink soup, then 2026 may be your best opportunity! Ultimately, the Vilnius Pink Soup Fest is a true celebration for anyone who loves flavor, positive energy, and, of course, pink soup!

05.29 (Friday)
Various locations in Vilnius
- 12:00 “Pink Break” – pink soup lunch break. Is it possible to invite the entire city to lunch at the same time? Vilnius says – yes! On May 29th, exactly at 12:00, we invite you to the “Pink Break” – a pink soup lunch break that will symbolically mark the start of the festival. All places where you can get pink soup for lunch are participating.
Town Hall Square (Rotušės aikštė)
- 19:00 Festival opening. The festival will open with musical performances, and for the first time in its history, a comedy show will take the stage. The opening night will feature Black Biceps, K2 comedians, and Despotin Fam.
05.30 (Saturday)
Spaces near the White Bridge
- 11:00 – 19:00 Main festival entertainment area. The main festival zone awaits with a variety of activities, flavors, and entertainment – expect a lively festive buzz.
Neris Riverside from King Mindaugas Bridge to White Bridge
- 12:00 Pink soup parade. Watch the first-ever pink boat parade on the Neris River. The parade of pink soup boats will stretch from Mindaugas Bridge to the White Bridge, accompanied by music, dancing, and a pink mood along the riverside.
Neris Riverside from Green Bridge to White Bridge
- 13:30 Pink waiters’ run. Do you think it’s easy to run with a full bowl of pink soup without spilling a drop? See for yourself as the bravest waiters take on this challenge.
Meadow near the White Bridge
- 15:00 Pink soup eating contest. A few liters of delicious pink soup and a limited time to eat it. Will you accept the challenge? If so, register and participate (registration takes place at the event).
- 17:00 Most beautiful pink soup costume contest. The Pink Soup Fest wouldn’t be as vibrant without its unique visitors. Unleash your creativity and dress up in the brightest, most interesting, and boldest pink soup-inspired costumes. The most impressive participants will be awarded prizes.
Town Hall Square (Rotušės aikštė)
- 20:00 Grand festival concert. The concert will feature well-known performers and will be an impressive culmination of the festival’s second day. Donatas Montvydas and Angelou will perform, adding a summery vibe to the festival program.
05.31 (Sunday)
Start at Upės St.
- 11:00 “IKI” Pink soup walking competition. A pink, lively, and cheerful experience in the streets of Vilnius. Participants are invited to dress in pink and embark on a roughly 10.5 km route filled with city sights and interactive surprises.

- 11:00 – 18:00 Main festival entertainment area. The main festival zone awaits with a variety of activities, flavors, and entertainment – expect a lively festive buzz.
Meadow near the White Bridge
- 13:00 marks the start of the pink soup eating contest. During this lively event, participants will face a few liters of delicious pink soup and a limited time to finish it. So, will you accept the challenge? Registration takes place at the event.
- 14:00 International pink soup: tasting. What kind of pink soup do Georgians, Mexicans, or Indians living in Vilnius make and eat? What do they think of our pink soup? Enjoy improvised tastings together with representatives of foreign communities.
- 15:00 Festival closing. We will close the festival with thanks and an impressive musical performance. The festival will be crowned by a concert from Sandra Carrillo, the well-known vocalist of the group “Los Secretos De Pablo.”
- If you’re ready for a wild ride, don’t miss the Cucumber Challenge. Just hop on the mechanical cucumber and hold on tight – it will spin and shake, trying to throw you off like a real rodeo champion! Your goal is to stay on as long as possible and, as a result, prove you’re a true pink soup hero.
Family activities
- The pink soup quilting exhibition brings together patchworks inspired by the festival’s vibrant theme – its colors, recipes, ingredients, and the joyful mood of a hot summer day. Furthermore, visitors can enjoy a variety of interactive activities. For example, try pink soup basketball. In this unique game, classic basketball meets pink soup as participants toss potatoes (basketballs) into specially designed “pink soup” hoops.
- Meanwhile, card game lovers can enjoy a game created especially for the festival. This fun activity is suitable for kids, teens, and the whole family – everyone can move, laugh, and enjoy great emotions.
- For those who love creativity, face painting in pink is a colorful activity that brings joy to the festival. A professional face painter will create bright, eye-catching designs for anyone who wants to join in.
- Moreover, the Girls’ Spa offers fun like colorful braids, glitter tattoos, and face painting.
Hands-on experiences and creative workshops
- Temporary henna tattoos are available for both adults and kids. Since each design is drawn by hand, this process is truly creative and lets visitors watch as unique patterns appear on their skin, lasting from one to three weeks.
- In the Doki Poki kids’ area, children will be entertained by animators and festival games. Additionally, the Pink Gardening workshop, organized by “Rasos vaikai,” lets participants color their own flowerpot and plant key pink soup ingredients – onion and dill. As a result, through this hands-on activity, they learn about growing plants, caring for their own “mini-garden,” and better understanding where food comes from. Ultimately, it’s a creative and engaging experience that connects art, nature, and Lithuanian tradition.
- Both children and adults can make giant bubbles – up to 30 people at a time can join in. If you’re looking for adventure, archery and foam sword battles allow visitors to safely shoot arrows at each other and test their skills in friendly soft sword duels.
- Meanwhile, the Balloon Bubble is decorated in festival colors, making the area bright, cheerful, and perfect for photos.
