Šakalinio Park is a new family entertainment park in Arvydai, Vilnius District, set in a beautiful pine forest, about 30 minutes from Vilnius. It is a place where the world of fairytales, educational activities, and active entertainment for children come together in a wonderful natural setting.

Šakalinio Park is a unique entertainment and leisure complex surrounded by nature. It is unlike anything else in Lithuania. One of the most interesting parts of the park is the magical forest trail with fairytale characters. Here, the sculptures are more than just decorations. As you approach, some of them speak, move, make sounds, or otherwise draw visitors into the story. Along the trail, you can meet well-known fairytale characters, visit the Hansel and Gretel cottage, see the Little Red Riding Hood scene, and discover other interactive stops.
The park also places a strong focus on educational activities. Visitors can explore the bird trail, the forest school with information about animals and questions for children, a fallow deer enclosure and an observation deck. Children can also have the opportunity to feed the goats.
The active entertainment area features a large Šakalinio playground with impressive slides, swings and zipline-style descents. There is also a ball racing track, various games, a barefoot trail and a mud track, ending with water jets that help wash the mud off your feet.
Visiting the park and celebrations
The park’s team keeps the entire area very well maintained, modern, and beautifully integrated with the natural forest surroundings. Here, you can enjoy active entertainment, take a peaceful walk, or simply relax. Plan to spend at least 2–3 hours at the park, or even longer. We spent four hours here with our children and would have stayed longer if we could. Trust us, there are plenty of activities and entertainment to keep you busy for a long time.
The park has a café serving hot food and drinks, an ice cream shop, and many gazebos and relaxation areas. Separate spaces are available for birthday parties and other family celebrations. For your convenience, you can choose from four different birthday party spaces.
Wear comfortable footwear, as the park is located in a forest. However, you can easily get around with a stroller, as the forest paths are well maintained.
