Jumpland amusement park

In Klaipėda, this is a fantastic leisure spot – the largest trampoline park covering 660 sq. meters. The fun doesn’t stop at trampolines – there’s so much more at Jumpland park! The amusement park Jumpland is located in a very convenient place – in Klaipėda’s Akropolis. The park itself is very new and modern, everything is exceptionally clean and tidy.

At Jumpland, you can try the largest trampoline in Klaipėda. Colorful climbing frames, modern arcade machines, and an interactive game “Burning Earth” that won’t leave any fan of active fun indifferent. The trampoline area is truly impressive and spacious. So even when playing with more children, there is enough room for everyone.

There are also many other activities, such as a three – or even four-level climbing area with obstacles. Slides, a net labyrinth, and other active entertainment – this zone deserves special praise.

The park is truly designed for the whole family. From 2-year-old toddlers to parents, as there’s enough fun for everyone. We spent almost 2 hours here! If it weren’t for the trip ahead, we definitely would have stayed longer, so plan more time when you visit!

Klaipėda swimming pool

If you’re looking for something fun to do at the seaside, where to spend half a day when it’s raining, we can confidently say that Klaipėda swimming pool offers entertainment for the whole family that won’t leave anyone indifferent. For all those who want to enjoy summer pleasures at any time of the year and in any weather – Klaipėda swimming pool is a great choice. Here, both professional athletes and families with young children will find activities.

When we choose pools, it’s always very important that it’s adapted for children. In Klaipėda swimming pool, there’s a wonderful pool for little ones, with a depth of only 40 cm and a water temperature reaching +36°C. So, even for the smallest babies, it is perfectly suitable. Moreover, on weekends at Klaipėda swimming pool, magic happens that makes the pool even more suitable for children’s needs. Every Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM, the pool depth is changed from 1.2 m to just 70 cm, making swimming with kids even more fun.

Radailiai Manor SPA pool

What makes the Radailiai Manor complex convenient when traveling with kids to Klaipėda? Undoubtedly, if you’re already going to Klaipėda, the children will surely ask to visit the Dino Park, so staying at Radailiai Manor will be the most convenient option – because everything is nearby!

Lithuanian Sea Museum

The Lithuanian Sea Museum is a perfect place for the whole family’s leisure and exploration. The Dolphinarium and Sun Bay always bring a vacation mood because dolphins and clever California sea lions frolic, smile, and play here. And then there are the free exhibitions – giant ships under the open sky, the Ethnographic Seaside Fisherman’s Homestead with fishing games and goats.

Ship-museum “Sūduvis”

The ship-museum “Sūduvis” is a historical ship that now operates as a museum in Klaipėda. Built in 1955, the ship began its service as a cargo vessel and later became an important object of the Lithuanian Navy. In 1999, it was handed over to the Lithuanian army. It received the name M52 “Sūduvis”, previously known in Germany as M1071 “Koblenz”. In 2021, after completing its service, the ship was transferred to the Lithuanian Sea Museum, which adapted it for educational purposes. At the museum, visitors can explore the authentic ship spaces, learn about its history, mission, and importance to the Lithuanian Navy. Also discover maritime life and shipping traditions.

There is also an escape room on board. In it, participants interact with virtually revived crew members, operate a mine search robot, and carry out demining tasks. The escape room is open to all ship visitors, but the main audience is high school students and families with older children.

Clock Museum

Klaipėda’s Clock Museum was established in 1984. In terms of its specialization, it is one of the rarer museums not only in Lithuania but also in all of Europe. It is housed in an 18th-century building and features an impressive collection covering the evolution of clocks from ancient times to the modern era. The museum exhibits originals, models, and reconstructions of ancient calendars, sun, water, fire, and sand clocks.

Visitors can learn about clock mechanisms, their structure, and principles of operation. The Clock Museum also organizes educational programs. In these programs, visitors can learn about the history of clockmaking and the technologies used in this field.

Klaipėda Castle Museum

For fans of modern solutions – there’s a rich variety. Interactive terminals, projectors, the largest projection in museum premises, sound zones, various holograms, and LED screens.

Klaipėda Castle Museum is an important historical and cultural site located in the Old Town of Klaipėda. The city established the museum in 1992. It is one of the most important centers of the city’s historical and cultural heritage. Here you can learn about the history of Klaipėda from ancient times to the present day. Visitors can see archaeological finds, ancient weapons, and decorative elements. As well as learn about the importance of Klaipėda city, castle, and port.

The Klaipėda Castle Museum organizes various educational programs, events, and exhibitions.

Coastal artillery battery “Memel-Nord”

In Kukuliškiai village, Klaipėda district, on the Baltic Sea coast, you can visit defensive fortifications built during the German rule more than 70 years ago. These World War II fortifications are the only ones of their kind in Lithuania. Translated to Lithuanian, their name means Klaipėda – North. This bunker is open to visitors. Inside you’ll find exhibitions of bomb fragments, grenades, and personal belongings of the soldiers who lived there. During the tour, the guide tells the history of this place in an interesting and engaging way, and you’ll complete fun tasks, which are also suitable for children.

This place can only be visited on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s a great weekend plan in Klaipėda.
