The renewed Lithuanian Zoo
In 2023, after two years of reconstruction, the Lithuanian Zoo welcomed visitors not only with renovated, but also with brand new spaces. We were especially impressed by the education center and the exotarium, where our children spent more time than anywhere else. We found not only cozy shared areas and watched educational films, but also explored themed rooms with animals. Here, you can enter different climate zones and come face-to-face with animals – turtles, birds, and reptiles. This space is very reminiscent of the best zones we have seen in foreign zoos.
